About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Employee in Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data, ensuring smooth payroll processing, and providing exceptional support to branch managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Process payroll and handle related administrative tasks
  • Provide assistance to branch managers on payroll, transfers, and working hours
  • Stay up-to-date on employment models, tax, and social security laws
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of social or tax law and personnel administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Ability to work in a team environment
