About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee in Human Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining employee data, ensuring smooth payroll processing, and providing exceptional support to our branch managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Provide administrative support to branch managers, including handling payroll, transfers, and working hours.
  • Assist with personnel administration tasks, such as creating contracts and issuing certificates.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment models, tax laws, and social security regulations.
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Previous knowledge of social or tax law, as well as personnel administration, is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
