Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Clerk to join our team at Aurora Ventures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees from various professional groups, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Execute payroll accounting tasks efficiently
  • Process absence and leave notifications in accordance with German Continued Remuneration Act

Requirements:

  • Commercial education with further training as a personnel specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and personnel administration, as well as professional experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of personnel management and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements (TVöD, TVÄrzte)
  • Friendly, service-oriented, and independent work style
  • Ability to work in a team and proficiency in MS Office
