About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist III to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team by acting as a primary scrub person, handling surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment used in specialized areas during procedures.
  • Maintain constant vigilance for the maintenance of the sterile field, adhering to aseptic techniques and principles.
  • Perform complex cases, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and meet the Level II Surgical Technologist criteria.
  • Model appropriate behavior, exemplifying The Methodist Mission, Vision, and Values.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Diploma in Surgical Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Surgery Tech
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification from the American Heart Association
  • Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
