**In this position,** the Restaurant Operations Supervisor at Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily functions of our establishment. This includes the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of staff. Additionally, the supervisor will manage inventory and procurement of food and supplies, enhance profitability, and ensure that patrons receive outstanding service and a memorable dining experience. The Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager.

****Key Responsibilities****

**Manage and supervise** all facets of the restaurant operations.

**Oversee** shift management, ensuring adherence to policies regarding scheduling, product quality, cleanliness, and break protocols.

**Uphold** a professional image and high ethical standards within the restaurant.

**Prioritize** guest satisfaction at all times.

**Drive** sales growth while minimizing expenses, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.

**Oversee** inventory management, forecasting, and target setting.

**Ensure** that all financial and personnel-related administrative tasks are completed accurately.

**Efficiently manage** the POS system.

**Utilize** reservation systems to manage guest bookings and wait times effectively.

**Ensure** compliance with operational standards, company policies, and all relevant laws and regulations.

**Maintain** consistent high quality in food preparation, service, and cleanliness according to industry standards.

**Promote** safety for both team members and guests, ensuring prompt completion of incident reports.

**Address** guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

**Develop, mentor, and retain** all restaurant team members.

**Assist** in conducting interviews, performance evaluations, and when necessary, terminations.

**Support** marketing initiatives and campaigns for Flame & Fire.

**Ensure** that team members are current with training, certifications, and safety protocols.

****Qualifications****

At Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, we seek individuals with self-discipline, initiative, leadership capabilities, and a dynamic management style.

Minimum of 2 years in restaurant operations management; familiarity with churrasco and churrascaria cuisine is preferred.

Must possess a pleasant demeanor and maintain a neat appearance in accordance with our dress code.

Our Supervisors should inspire teamwork among employees to meet high standards of food and service quality.

Able to manage the pressures of coordinating multiple activities and propose effective solutions to operational challenges.

5 years of experience in restaurant operations is desirable.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.

Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.

Occasional travel may be required.

A valid Driver's License is necessary.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is essential.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, are required.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
