AI Innovation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Data and Machine Learning Innovation (DMLI) team at Apple. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, process, and standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability for follow-up.
Improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity by driving accountability and execution of operational rhythms.
Requirements
Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
3+ years of experience working in a tech company.
Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a ML research team is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,800 and $222,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
