About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial activities of our commercial real estate portfolio based in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tenant needs and ensure that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
  • Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Market and lease properties, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, and coordinating new leases and lease renewals.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walk-through spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
  • Act as the primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures, forecast management plans, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Collect rent and pay any expenses in accordance with lease terms and recommend legal action as needed.
  • Negotiate early terminations of leases and provide lease analysis for client's review and approval.
  • Support all property sales by coordinating due diligence process and partnering with outside brokers.
  • Develop business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade, and civic organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Real estate license required, and CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and friendly service to customers.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents, ability to tackle problems involving several options in situations, and requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
