  • Cost Control Review: Conduct reviews with the in-house design team to maintain constructability and cost control.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar estimating role.

  • Strong presentation skills for professional reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of technical drawings and requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
