At TI Communities, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in upholding our mission to provide exceptional living experiences for our residents.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including apartment occupancy, leasing, rent collection, resident enrichment, and customer service. You will also contribute to marketing and leasing efforts to attract prospective residents, conduct property tours, and assist in the screening and selection process of prospective residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Property Manager in property management tasks
  • Contributing to marketing and leasing efforts
  • Conducting property tours and highlighting community features
  • Assisting in the screening and selection process of prospective residents
  • Managing apartment availability and occupancy rates
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in property management or customer service
