About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Sales Representative to join our team at Canonical. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the embedded software market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key accounts and decision-makers in the embedded software industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the embedded software market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of Linux and embedded systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
