Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales professional to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market medical solutions to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key sales targets, including physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and DME and infusion companies.
  • Conduct in-services and represent the company at local, regional, and statewide trade shows and conventions.
  • Create and execute a sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback to corporate management on sales activity and market development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
