Configuration Management Associate 3

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Associate 3 to join our team at GovCIO. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for coordinating change management processes across the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) IT PMO and with the enterprise change management team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of software configuration management tools to identify, control, report, and deliver software and hardware products.
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented and comply with standard hardware configurations.
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using programming, database, or scripting languages to improve software modeling and development.
- Coordinate and execute configuration management documents and reviews, as well as recurring weekly review sessions.
- Collaborate with the enterprise change management team to ensure seamless change management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience in a federal environment.
- 3+ years of development experience in agile development methodology.
- 3+ years of change management experience in a federal government position.
- Experience with automated workflow management tools, such as ServiceNow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Moderate to advanced skills with O365 components, including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Active Security Clearance of Top-Secret level or higher.
- Experience with workflow management in ServiceNow.
- Experience with meeting hosting via MS Teams.
