Executive Chef

The Park Lane is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to oversee the food service operations in our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain all kitchen equipment, sanitation activities, and inventory control.
- Source and procure food and kitchen supplies from approved vendors, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Monitor and record food inventory, completing reports as required by The Park Lane.
- Implement and enforce Pacifica dietary policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among food service staff.
- Train, supervise, and manage food service staff, emphasizing time management and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, particularly the elderly.
