Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience.
  • Able to quickly learn industry-specific knowledge and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of banking policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, think strategically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
