We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Alliance Partner Marketing efforts for Lenovo's Services and Solutions Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Lenovo's objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in partner activities.
  • Develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee and manage budget allocations for partnership programs and initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of partner relationships, including sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall ROI.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or industry Business Development, Channel Alliances, or Partner Sales roles.
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience in technology services, as-a-Service business models, or solutions to b2b customers.
  • People management experience (cross-functional) and/or leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills dealing with technical topics.
