Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in logistics and events coordination within a commercial organization. Proven ability to negotiate with event vendors and suppliers, manage projects, and produce quality work under tight deadlines is essential. Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, are also required.

This position involves coordinating industry product/services marketing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and effective lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching venues, negotiating costs, and managing event logistics, including catering, transportation, and audio/visual equipment. Additionally, they will ensure proper process of show leads into the CRM system and distribution to sales teams.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage industry product/services marketing events from start to finish
  • Research and negotiate venues, costs, and services for events
  • Manage event logistics, including catering, transportation, and audio/visual equipment
  • Ensure proper process of show leads into the CRM system and distribution to sales teams
  • Track and document client attendance and feedback where necessary
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals
  • Interface with Content Development, Product Managers, and Social Media Specialists to create pre- and post-event communications
  • Build and present reports for trade shows, conferences, and events
