Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support desk engineers and working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any escalations.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of 10+ support desk engineers
* Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any escalations
* Mentor junior members of the team

#### Required Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge in O365 administration
* Expert knowledge in windows desktop and server operating systems
* Experience and strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies

#### Desired Skills & Experience

* Previously working at a Managed Service provider
* Experience as a technical manager

#### What You Will Be Doing

* Manage a team of support desk engineers
* Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any escalations
