Job Summary

The Pool Bar Bartender provides exceptional guest service by accurately generating all food and drink orders in a timely manner, adhering to health code standards, liquor control, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, adhering to PR&C drink recipes.
  • Adhere to cash and operating policies, as outlined in the PR&C handbook.

  • Abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PR&C.
Accountability

The Beverage Bartender does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Guidelines

At least 2 years of relative experience is preferred to successfully perform this job.

Communication Skills

This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
