Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
  • Perform technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
  • Manage a territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with technology sales and solutions
  • Experience in territory sales management is a plus

Compensation:

  • $650/week plus commission - Training Pay (For the first month)
  • $500 per week guarantee or commission, whichever is greater. (After Training)
  • 5% Commission on gross revenue for all new sales (First Three Months)
  • 2.75% Commission on maintenance accounts. (After 3 months)
