Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. The selected candidate will work at Store #705788, located in Hyannis, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading customer orders properly on the truck
  • Completing necessary forms
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintaining the store vehicle and reporting repair and servicing needs
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints
  • Following assigned routes and time schedules
  • Adhering to transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
  • Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have at least one year of work experience using material handling equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
