About the Role
Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at The Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab and imaging studies
- Manage hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments and coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as an APRN in Connecticut
- Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner
