Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will lead our Organizational Change Management Advisory practice in the West Region, working closely with North America leaders to develop and grow our regional group. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational design, stakeholder management, and change strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives
  • Manage specific change projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor
  • Create guidelines and enforce procedures and standards related to content development and implementation
  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing Organizational Change role with digital transformation, technical & functional project experience, and prior experience with ERP/CRM Transformation
  • 4+ years of consulting experience from a top consulting firm (i.e., EY, PwC, Deloitte, or KPMG) is required
  • Experience working in cross-functional and complex, highly matrixed teams
  • Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking, and work effectively in fluid, complex environments
