Job Summary:

The Senior Organizational Development Analyst is a key role within Republic Services, responsible for driving process analysis, improvement initiatives, and developing methods for measuring the effectiveness of all programs that support organizational development. This position plays a critical part in designing and developing organizational improvement efforts, including programs, tools, and solutions to drive overall organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and work processes.
• Evaluate the impact of initiatives and programs, creating and implementing strategies to improve engagement, morale, and leadership development.
• Identify talent gaps and high-potential talent pools, designing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Initiate the development and implementation of Human Resource programs and processes aligned to the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate the organization's structure, culture, and performance to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Design, develop, and implement programs, policies, and strategies to meet organizational development needs, preparing and presenting reports, recommendations, and studies to leadership.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to build cohesive stories in PowerPoint, generate and interpret pivot tables, graphs, and V-lookups in Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to organize data for presentations with clarity and insight.
• Keen understanding of employee engagement tools and platforms, as well as progressive understanding of organizational culture frameworks and models.
• Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, with a strong understanding of Project Management practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-7 years of overall relevant work experience.
• 4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or a related field.
