Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Ole & Steen. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and needs
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional information, and cooking methods
* Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and freshness
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among colleagues and customers alike
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
