We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admissions Specialist I to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the placement of patients in our dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes from hospitals and healthcare providers to coordinate patient placements.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage patient information and coordinate with field operations teams to ensure seamless placement processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and case managers to ensure excellent customer service and build trust.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve departmental metrics and goals, including adherence to performance metrics and quality assurance call standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our placement processes and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months' related experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
