Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for patients
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
