Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomy Specialist at RWJBarnabas Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care by collecting blood samples for laboratory testing. Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques and equipment
Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen labeling

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification
Minimum 1 year experience in phlebotomy
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Laboratory experience

This is a per diem position, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
