Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at St. John's Residence for Boys. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Provide support to program staff, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with program staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a residential or child welfare setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of child welfare principles and practices, preferably in a congregate setting.
