About the Role

This Account Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including homeowners, umbrella, life, and auto insurance.

  • Manage client relationships, providing proactive and responsive service to meet their evolving needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details, stored securely within our system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure we maintain our position as a leading insurance provider.
