Job Summary

Adirondack Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to patients across various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure, registration, and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Speech Pathology, including assessment and treatment techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Additional languages a plus.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $37.00 - $51.00 per hour, depending on experience.
