Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in individuals.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to individuals, either individually or in groups.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support client success and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Illinois state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
