Key Responsibilities
- Foster relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting the right vehicle through attentive questioning and listening.
- Become the vehicle authority by mastering product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Engage in follow-up communication with buyers to ensure ongoing referral business.
- Develop skills to overcome objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Specialist is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Eager to quickly learn about new products and offerings.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
