Job Overview

This role will play a key stakeholder in the retention and growth of buyers on Thomasnet, driving user traffic and evaluation sessions. The successful candidate will manage acquisition and retention strategies for user marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, measure results, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create, optimize, and evolve marketing strategies to drive user engagement and conversion
  2. Identify target audiences and assess outreach channels for maximum impact
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budget plans, execute campaigns, and analyze performance
  4. Develop data-driven approaches to retain existing users and attract new ones to the platform
  5. Analyze campaign performance, including email metrics, conversion rates, and retention, to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in buyer marketing, preferably in a Marketplace and/or B2B setting
  2. BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
  3. Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) and software tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Experience executing customer marketing plans in a digital marketplace
  5. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  6. A willingness to learn from failures and adapt to changing market conditions

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
