Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Targa Real Estate Services Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring seamless facility management and maximizing resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise employees on-site, provide training and guidance, and lead by example to promote a positive work environment.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular site inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs with vendors to ensure optimal property condition.
  • Resident Relations: Welcome new residents, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and address resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Utilize Company leasing techniques to show properties to prospective residents, maintain market awareness, and implement strategies to meet operational goals.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, communicate policy changes, and report progress to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience: Three years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching, is also offered.
