**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other public spaces.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Vacuum rugs, carpets, blinds, upholstered furniture, and draperies, and spot clean carpets as needed.
  • Dust furniture, light fixtures, window sills, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Wash windows and mirrors in main lobby areas and other common spaces as needed.
  • Empty trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transport them to the disposal area.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies in all common restrooms.
  • May need to periodically clean residents' apartment areas as necessary.
  • Report needed repairs to property management and maintenance specialists.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous housekeeping experience is required.
  • Previous experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
