Sales Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Custom Applications Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Territory Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue within the assigned territory.

Key Objectives:
  • To develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • To provide expert advice on custom applications and engineering processes to clients.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful projects and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring key performance indicators and sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering services or technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
