Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to oversee and drive complex projects while providing in-depth business analysis. This role combines the responsibilities of managing project execution and delivering strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, setting milestones, resource planning, and risk management.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and successful delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, handle any issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
    • Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications for project development teams.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that drive business value.
    • Develop and maintain detailed business process models and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their expectations are met.
    • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, business requirements, and change impacts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify and assess project risks and business issues, developing mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
    • Proactively manage and resolve any project or business analysis-related challenges.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate project and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
    • Apply best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery and business analysis practices.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration:
    • Provide guidance and support to project team members and junior analysts.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within project teams and business units.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering business insights.
  • Skills:
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Proficient in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and business analysis tools.
Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is required.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is preferred.
