Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Heery. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
  • Coordinate all predesign, design, procurement, preconstruction, construction, and close-out activities throughout the project duration.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Heery, the client, the architect, the contractor, and other consultants.
  • Manage the complete financial management of projects and achieve a profitable outcome.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences.
  • Lead and advise a team of project managers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of applicable project management experience.
  • Experience with public projects relating to office, parks and recreation, City Hall, firehouse, police stations, public safety projects, infrastructure upgrades, local government, and large new ground up projects.
  • Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge in MS Project, contracts, project management software, and construction practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated design and construction project management experience working with public projects.
  • Certification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work stream managers.
