We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at McDonald's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • Set goals and create a plan to achieve them with your leader
  • Help Department Managers set their own goals and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
Requirements

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
