We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a vital role in training and developing our crew members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality food products.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily procedures correctly and consistently
• Adhere to all Food Safety Standards
• Know station procedures
• Train crew to perform procedures correctly
• Assigned SOC's
• Daily cleanliness tasks
• Kitchen/Drive Thru/Service times and targets
• Perform additional duties assigned by shift leaders
Requirements:
