Crew Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a vital role in training and developing our crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage products.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop crew members to perform daily procedures correctly and consistently
- Adhere to all Food Safety Standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Train crew members on station procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Perform daily cleanliness tasks and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant
- Assist with kitchen, drive-thru, and service times and targets
- Perform additional duties assigned by shift leaders
- Competitive starting pay (up to $15 depending on experience)

- Reviews every 6 months
