Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team as a District Support Pharmacist. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  • Assist in the management and oversight of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality of care, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, and industry standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
