The Opportunity

The Personal Lines Account Manager II provides critical support to clients, managing a book of insurance business with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to facilitate positive and effective relationships with sales and/or account team colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of insurance business with a revenue of $225,000+.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
  • Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues.
  • Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contribute to meeting departmental production goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files, documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years in an insurance Account Management role (brokage experience required) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
