About the Role

Crisis Prevention Institute is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 8-12 large strategic client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Partner with sales representatives to grow and expand managed accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement bi-annual strategic account plans, providing monthly reporting and health assessments, and conducting annual business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to document end-to-end training processes, ensuring seamless integration with our Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between our internal LMS teams and customer-facing teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Update our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and other systems as needed with customer information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years or more of work experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with large-scale or long-term project teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with Challenger selling, CRM software, and Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.
  • Able to travel up to 15%-25% of the time, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
