Job Title: Senior Manager of Customer Success

At Crisis Prevention Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead our Customer Success team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Advocates to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account retention and growth strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Seven years or more of experience leading Account Management teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful account retention and growth strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
