At Strategic Infrastructure Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, including those recovering from surgery, severe illness, or injury.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and organ function, making necessary interventions.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
  • Provide life-saving interventions, such as CPR, emergency procedures, and ventilator management, in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Document patient care, treatment plans, and progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies and critical changes in condition, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $156,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
