About the Role

This Critical Care Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ICU/ER unit, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of critical care nurses, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Active California R.N. license required; ACLS and BLS certifications also essential
  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in critical care nursing, preferably in managerial roles
  • Proven track record of successful leadership, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives
