About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 51-unit apartment community, Weidler Commons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, and screening prospective residents.
  • Collect rents, serve notices, and prepare agreements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on property performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • One (1) year of previous property management experience.
  • Previous experience with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
