Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs and guiding them through the leasing process
  • Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
  • Manage and balance cash transactions and petty cash
  • Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, managing customer accounts, and sorting mail/deliveries
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
