Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Technician to join our team at Chappell's Cleaning Services, LLC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure all areas of the building are clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks: Perform daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans.
  • Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Clean windows, shampoo and/or spot clean carpets, and supply restrooms as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the facilities manager of any major repairs or maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in janitorial services.
  • Physical Demands: Excellent stamina and physical health required for this role.
  • Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required.
  • Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment is essential.
